Reading today about someone caught at 149mph on the M25.
Obviously not in the morning rush hour!
Its ok, it was probably just off duty plod 'familiarising' himself with the car :-)
...if it was Friday after 14:00 then the decimal point has most definitely dropped-off...
Was he on the hard shoulder?
