If it's got a rocker shaft,it must be a pushrod motor.

Mark 2 Escort engine, basically. The required info shouldn't be too hard to find.

So, I've found a Haynes Fiesta manual, which should be the same engine.

Rocker shaft pedestal bolts....................43 Nm or 32 lbf ft

Edit..............I've just checked and the figure given in the link in post #2 gives exactly the same figure!
