Are these people creating a new account each time? Would it be possible to block the IP addresses they are using so they can't create new accounts?

I'll ask our web developer if that can be done. I disable each account but they come back with a new E-mail address. It's the sheer stupidity that's annoying: 99%, if not 100%, of readers will be annoyed by it and resolve not to buy their no doubt shoddy products.

We have been having this problem for some time on the Citroen XM forum (.co.uk) and have not found an effective way of stopping them. They are easy enough to delete though so that's what we do in the hope they will get fed up.
