Ford Fiesta Courier Van 1.8 Td 2002 - Throttle position sendor TPS - eliottmc

Hi, I have been advised that my TPS is playing up and will need replacing.

Can anyone tell me where this is so I can locate it and and buy a replacement.

I rang a parts shop but they had no info

Ford Fiesta Courier Van 1.8 Td 2002 - Throttle position sendor TPS - Railroad.
They're usually part of the throttle pedal assembly.

It depends which diesel system is fitted.If the car has a throttle cable,then the tps will be on the pump.If there is no cable,then as suggested above,it will be on the pedal.

Ok thanks, is this a DIY possible job or do I need a mechanic to change it.
