Ok so the wife has a pretty reliable mk2 Renault scenic. It's been Ok for years but as age kicks in its starting to pull some annoying little problems out of the bag.

The child locks in the back are electric and tied to tthe button that stops the rear electric windows from working. The child locks are supposed to nd is engage when you come to a stop (stupidly). This works, however they click sometimes about 6 or 7 times. Sometimes they click away to themselves while the cars on the drive doing nothing.

Can anyone point me in the direction of what I should be looking at? I predict it is controlled by some sort of sensor that detects when the car is stopped, but God knows where that is. Any ideas?
