Hi there iv recently had my battery disconnected and was wondering if anybody could help me out by providing me with a radio code that actually works. Was charges 10 pounds for a code that was probably a guess. Thanks In advance serial number is M291795

Hello there, I've got the same radio code issue for my Fiesta 2001. Left lights on, battery dead, restarted car with jump leads and radio code needed now. I've a 3000 Traffic radio model, not too sure about the serial number - I held buttons 1-6 for a while a got one screen of letters and another one of numbers which I think give me the serial number: M303255. Could you please help me retrieve my radio code? Many thanks in advance
Thanks for your reply elekie&a/c doctor. The code did not work at the first attempt, when I re-entered it Code 3 (had another wrong one previously) the radio started a 30 minute coutdown. Now I am not sure if I gave you the correct serial number. Do I get the serial number when I hold buttons 1 and 6 together, or will I just need to remove the radio to find the correct one? Any further tips? Many thanks

Hello, unfortunately my radio seems to be stuck and if I pull too much I think I'll break everything.
When I hold buttons 1 and 6 I see two screens containing the details listed below. I think that must give the serial number, I can send pics if necessary:
MP D5 DP ("D5" may be "DS" as they probably would look the same)
3 * 03

The serial should be M followed by 6 numbers, no letters or symbols.
