2013 citreon jumper 150bhp van - 2 questions: re ex hire and inspections in Germany - eddieo

thinking of buying a 10 month old camper van based on a citroen boxer 150bhp. will the manafacturers warrenty still be valid for remaining period? Also want to get vehicle inspected mechanically + bodywork for accident etc..... does anyone know an equvilanent ofRAC/AA type of companies in Germany? many thanks Eddie

Me,

Any Dekra or TÜV registered garage would do it for you there are thousands in Germany.

cheers! had contacted Dekra already (non to sucessfully due to language barrier) was looking for more options..will try TUV

The ADACis the equivalent of the (pre-commercial) AA and they offer such checks to their members for a fee. The auto club europa are similar. The TÜV stations are probably a better first port of call though.

Ta..Have emailed TUV as well :)

Does anyone have an opinion on the remaining 15 months of citroen watrrenty with an ex hire vehicle..will it pass to me and be valid?
