Hyundai Trajet - 2.0 CRTD / CRDI cylinder head removal - ScoBro

Hi,

Didnt know if anyone has any info / experience on the Hyundai / Kia 2.0 CRTD / CRDI engine. I have bought one with a snapped cambelt, and i've had a brief look at how to strip the head off to look for damage.

I have done 3 PSA HDI engines so have quite a bit of experience with them, just wondering if anyone had any pointers / tips / pictures or know how.

Any Help would be greatly Appreciated!

It's an 05 Hyundai Trajet 2.0diesel with the 2.0 D4EA engine.

I to have only had experience with PSA engines but I wouldn't think yours would be a lot different. A Haynes manual might be the answer, if they don't do that car they may have one with that engine.
