Do you speak to your customers like that? The ones who are paying your wages?

Actually, yes I do. I deal with many customers who's first language is not English and I'd say 99% of them know what the word please means, and they use it. The small minority who don't will be told that good manners cost nothing and I'd appreciate to be treated the way they, in turn would like to be.

Can only agree with The Mechanic here, good manners cost absolutely nothing and there is nothing like good manners to lubricate most situations.

Hmmm, strange the links don't work for me either now ? They did work perfectly before. Anyways, they should take the OP to the relevant info if he/she does a search on the sites.
