Skoda Octavia L K - Unleaded in diesel car - iainfochabers
I put 2.6 Lts of unleaded petrol in my 2 Ldr diesel car then topped it up with 41 Lts of supreme diesel. Will I need to do anything else?

I wouldn't think that would do any harm as its less than 5% but as an added precaution you could put a little oil in with it.

I wouldn't think that would do any harm as its less than 5% but as an added precaution you could put a little oil in with it.

Don't add oil to the fuel, it may damage the DPF if fitted.

Just keep the tank filled with diesel and dilute the petrol away as fast as you can.
