New Macan model - Porsche - Ed V

It seems an odd 'launch'. Only a few details on the Porsche website, only a cursory review here, and no proper internal measurements available anywhere as far as I can see.

Are we suppose to order it anyway?

If I could, I'd do a "hashtag arrogant!!"

According to a friend who knows the dealer principal at one of the Porsche dealerships they have been allocated 20 cars (each dealer) and all have been snapped up already.

No need to promote something they cannot actually sell...

But what is it? The one photo I have seen (an advert showing rear three quarters only) makes it look the size of an Audi Q5.

It could well share quite a lot of components with the Q5, cost the same to make, but sell for much more money. But people will buy it because it's a Porsche.

Just read a Whatcar? test drive. They didn't drive it so impressions from the passenger seat. What good is that? More expensive than the Audi Q5S but slower. No doubt bought by men for compliant female partners but for anyone with brains.............

It's an Audi Q5 platform by Porsche - usual VAG platform sharing.
