Mazda 6 - Cambelt change - adele

I am looking to buy a Mazda 6 2.0 TS2. 56 plate (2006) with 75,000 miles. Please could anyone advise when the cambelt would need changing and if there are any significant problems with an engine with this mileage on?

You must really look at the service history before buying the car. That will tell whether the cambelt has been changed, and should tell a whole lot more.
