Its all to do with the ignition key. You can remove the key and the van will still run. To remove the key correctly push in the button next to the barrel and turn the key towards you as far as it will go. Then turn away from you once. The key should line up with a small mark on the barrel. Now remove the key. I have tried this for the past two weeks and have had no problems. Good luck.
