99 Heated windscreen problem - conor

I have 99 T Reg Fiesta Ghia which has a heated windscreen. One half of the heating element works but the other half doesnt. I have checked the fuses but cannot see anything wrong. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? Will i have to have the winscreen replaced?

If your Fiesta has the same circuitry as the Scorpio, then there are two completly seperate circuits for the screen. Suggest that you disconnect all cables at either side of screen and test with test lamp, at least you wil determine if screen u/s.
