Know nothing about this model but if I happened upon this problem myself I would do the following....
Remove dipstick tube,clean both parts very thoroughly with thinners,plaster relevant parts with Silicone RTV,making sure you don`t obstruct the tube for dipstick access.Using cable ties secure to nearest suitable object, making sure you insulate said object with piece of slit rubber fuel hose or suitable material to prevent chafing.
That would be my stuck-in-the-desert-get-me-home-cure...but my bodges last the life of the vehicle usually.Normally do things more professionally .
