FIAT Ducato - Gearbox linkage to gear lever

FIAT Ducato - Gearbox linkage to gear lever - joe dornay
When engine gets to ambient temperature the gears are hard to find,gearbox operates quietly, is this the linkage,or can you give me anything that I can do to elevate this problem.
