Vauxhall zafira dti energy 2004 - difficulity in changing gear - claytons

I'm having difficulty in changing gear and there is slight juddering. What could it be. The clutch seems ok. Could it be the gear selector?

Do all the gears engage OK with the engine off. I assume this car has a dual mass flywheel which may be the cause of the problem. However it may be as simple as a failed gear box mount. Regards Peter

How can I tell if the juddering is coming from the flywheel or the mounts?

The mpounts can be inspected visually but as you can engage all gears with the engine off I suspect you have a clutch/DMF problem. Get you head under the bonnet and listen when an assistant starts the car. Does the DMF rattle or tick. Regards Peter
