Vauxhall corsa combo 05 1.3 cdti - B3059 no engine quest Recieved - vx corsa

Got a problem, customer brought a van to the garage, saying that the vans been at another garage who did the timing chain and now ever since they touched it
, it hasn't ran properly.

Ok checked the timing, it's perfect, thought ill put my op com onto it, only fault code coming up is b3059 immobliser fault no engine request, any ideas? So far I've been going crazy haha.all fuel pressure, injectors working fine, u can see all the engine wanting to work but no fire, also changed ecu set, coded injectors, changed engine fuel wiring harness, crank/cam, mass air flow, I'm guessing wiring fault inside the car somwhere, anyone point me in a good direction? Thanks
