First thing to do is make sure you're driving with windows, doors and sunroof fully shut.
Listen for where the sound is coming from, then inspect all the seals in that area.
Get someone else to drive and use a stethoscope to pinpoint the noise. Alternatively shut the car with the stereo on and use the stethoscope from outside.
