Hi, would anyone be familiar on setting the idle RPM on a MK5 Golf BKC engine code 1.9 tdi?

VCDS adaptations drop down menu is very limited after logging in with 12233. Can it be down with a specific channel?

Or any other diagnostic platforms that will let me set this?
