Hyundai i20 - Body work or dent scratch insurance - JEFFREY 69

hi

just purchased 5 Year old I20 with no scuffs marks or dents

has anyone ever taken out bodywork insurance which covers minor repairs if bodywork gets damaged

been offer 3 year policy for £350 and can claim 3 times year

just wondering if anyone any experience of such policies

Two insurances I buy. Those policies I have to buy by law, those where cover is cheap compared to a claim.

Body work ding insurance is neither of these and a total waste of money.

Save your £350 and if you decide to sell take it to a valeter, spend £150 on a good clean and mop polish and you have £200 in your pocket.

Who offered you this insurance, the dealer you bought the car from? Any extras offered by dealers are there only to make the dealer more money
