Please can anyone tell me what the correct torque is for these spark plugs, and for the sump drain plug.

I've just looked at my old Pug 205 Haynes manual, which gives dozens of torque settings, but none for a sump drain plug. That would usually have had a copper crush washer for a seal, so a torque figure is probably of little use. However those plugs are sometimes refitted without a washer and overtightened !

Basically, for the sump plug - till it feels right ... :-)

Thank you so much! You were right about info on the box, though - I should have looked. No actual torque setting but the diagrams do suggest hand tight + one half turn. The sump plug has a copper washer - I nearly missed it when it fell into the oil with a quiet plop when I wasn't looking. I found that the sump plug needs a square 8 mm key, which will fit into a 10 mm socket to turn. I found that the ideal length is 25 mm.
