Taxi trade loved Vauxhalls fitted with the old 1700 Isuzu turbo diesel, it was a huge mistake on Vauxhall’s part when they didn’t carry on using later versions of it in the Vectra and Insignia. The taxi trade just couldn’t get on with the Fiat designed replacements.
