Toyota Auris - Wrong Index Tyres Purchased. - jazzyman

I inadvertently purchased a set of tyres with an index rating of 94W compared to the original tyre index rating of 91W.

Would this cause any problems?

No problems re legal or insurance wise, because you've bought better than OE spec, it's when you go the other way trouble might arise.

They are probably XL rated so might give s lightly harder ride than the 91's, but doubt you'd notice unless you had some car with sporty pretensions which was already on concrete springs.

I ran on XL tyres on my diesel Octavia hatch because the 91s were not available at the time for my tyre of choice. As said above there are no problems and I honestly did not notice any difference, apart from the feel of new tyres. I literally swapped to an XL version of the same tyre.
