Lot of recent reviews there.

New business with teething trouble?

Franchise so the local service is only as good as the franchisee?

1% of all the reviews are a 1 star from over 100,000 reviews...not sure how that is seen as bad?

I always read the bad reviews first to get an idea of what happens when things go wrong, you are aware that a lot of 5 star reviews on a lot of companies have been proved to be dodgy?

Yes, I am. That of course means the bad reviews can be dodgy as well. Which is why you have to look at it overall - and overall it looks fine - a really poor company would have a much higher proportion of bad reviews.

Any company's reputation is only as good as their last customer's experience.

Looking at their customer's experience on here, I would say that they need to smarten their act up considerably.

Tyresonthedrive.com sent me emails and texts to say fitting would be on the 11th September, no fitter turned up, no tyres. I did get them to answer the phone, eventually. Said they would get back to me but didn't .

It is now 18th September and no further communication or tyres from Tyresonthedrive.com, so to get my car back on the road, Kwiikfit mobile have just fitted tyres on my drive, a very good service! Wish I had gone with them in the first place.

Still trying to get tyres or money back from Tyresonthedrive.com and been invited to fill in their "after sales" survey today! If the tyres I bought ever turn up they can go on the back, though I don't really need rear tyres, will just be pleased to either get my tyres or my money, worst purchasing experience I have ever had.

If you paid with a credit card, raise a dispute with the card issuer.

Paid by Paypal, so was a little worried, but received a full refund on 26th September. Phew!

With regards to reading reviews, I suggest reading the most recent ones, to check if something has started to go wrong.
