Of the three, I would likely not bother with the Micra. It's likely to be one of the 'run out' versions (production of that model was from 92 - 03) and they did suffer from rust - it was the very reason why I got rid of mine (I owned a 96N Micra 1.0 S).
Note also that the specs (kit) were reduced during the last 2-3 years and thus they weren't as good (engines aside) than the previous years. Ok little runabouts otherwise, although this one looks like it has done low annual milages, which could get tyre flat spots, binding brakes, failing battery and such like from just sitting around for long periods.
I PXed mine in 2006 for £450, so this example should cost very little at all.
All things being equal, I'd favour the Yaris (a step up in quality and very hardy), then the Jazz (excellent space and versatility as well as generally reliable). These two cars will, being a generation apart from the much-earlier-designed Micra be FAR safer in an accident - the micra is a 2 star NCAP rated vehicle, and the ratings have got a lot more strict since then, so it would be lucky to even get a 1 star rating today.
Have a look at the HJ reviews for each (the Micra is so old now that it is now in the 'Classic Car' section (normally when the model is over 20 years old).
