05 grand scenic - mot fail - graeme ager

mot fail on

rear parking brake recording little or no effect nearside rear

but not got any info on dash panel or flashing lights on brake switch

You won't get a warning on the dash if it is a mechanical problem.could be a seized caliper or handbrake brake cable.
