I was surprised to read about Pam Coxon's situation and the Dealer's response because I had exactly the same problems and after repeated contact with Ford Motor Co., especially the MD (his email address is: abarratt@ford.com), Ford confirmed that the warrantee on the troublesome Powershift gearboxes had been extended to 5 years (just as Ford had beeen obliged to do in USA and Australia)
