Highly likely, the text even says it was badged as an Opel Insignia with German plates.

Looks good, much better than the current dumpy looking model.

An early test drive in one of the mags suggests it is bang on for ride, refinement and interior quality - to the extent that it said the Skoda Superb should be worried.

New 1.5 petrol engine with around 163 BHP sounds good.
