Galaxy 2015 onwards - Ford LED Lights - Briama

There was general recall on my LED lights. It appears that the lights were turning off when entering a tunnel and as most tunnels require dipped headlights this was a problem.

I took my galaxcy to my local Ford service agents and they did the recall.

The car was returned a number of time to them as they were not as good as proir to the recall.

I am still very unhappy as the lights are very slow to react to oncoming traffic and seem misaligned.

I have made contact with Ford on several occasions an extreamly disappointed that I paid all that extra money for a some what poor system.

Forget making contact with Ford, unless you purchased your vehicle from them.

Your contract is with the selling dealership. If the lights are misaligned (hint : ask MOT garage to check if they would pass an MOT or not, you'll have to pay, but well worth it if they would fail), and then go back to the selling garage if they are not up to scratch.

Your thought that they 'seem' misaligned is worth precisely nothing without something scientifically concrete to back it up. The garage can just as easily respond that the lights 'seem' to be perfectly fine.
