Volkswagen Caddy - bleep when started - jameshockey

I have a 2010 vw caddy c20 maxi, a couple of days ago it started bleeping! when I turn the van on to start the engine it bleeps once as it starts??? im guessing it must be a warnng of some kind but can find no trace of this anywhere.

Nothing on the dash, the bleep is the same as the reversing warning bleep but just one single bleep just as the engine fires. Very strangly it has not done it today?? im wondering if it is something doing something it shouldnt rather than a warning noise?
