Toyota Landcruiser Invincible (2009) - Sat Nav disc won't eject! - adrian6

Sat vav disc won't eject from disc unit. This is a replacement disc, previous disce ejected OK. Now I'm stuck. touch screen dosen't register beyond opening screen and doesn't register and I can't put old disc back in. Help!

It's a copy (yes, I know now!). Managed to get it out by pressing it down with a piece of thin plastic, whilst still in the reader. Original disc works OK. Lesson learnt!
