There is no dedicated delay relay for these.Wiper functions are controlled by a slow and fast relay which in turn are switched by the body control module to give the selected operation from the wiper stalk.You can swap out the slow and fast relay,but the body module is coded to the car and incorporates the immobiliser function.All these components can be found in the electric box,next to the battery.
