chrysler voager 2.8 deisil - Voyager cutting out - oldy

Hi I have a Chrysler Voyager 2.8 deisel 2006 auto. In the last few months it has been cutting out for no reason on heavy breaking or quick accleaction, I can start it up again straight away. I have taken it to two garages and both say No errors showed on their test equipment and they could not help. Has anybody had the same problem and found the answer, or have any ideas please.

Has the diesel fuel filter been replaced recently?I think some models have 2,one on the engine and one above rear axle.

Thank you, the filter has not been renewed for a long time, and I did not know there are two. Thank you.
