Let's get this straight, Rob. You fill your engine with an excessive 0.001 litres of oil, which according to my calculations equates to 2.33 mm above the top mark on the dipstick as measured on perfectly level ground after the car has been standing for at least 12 hours. (The boot must be completely empty and the tyres fully inflated, otherwise the car will not sit at the correct angle.)
If you do that, all the engine oil seals will fail and the cat will clog, probably within 63 miles. If the weather is warm it could be sooner. The EGR valve will fail just afterwards.
You really shouldn't give dangerously misleading advice, Rob. I mean, the BHP will obviously improve, but it is worth it, if it lands the OP with a bill of thousands?
