Skoda Yeti - Diesel to petrol conversion - Masai

How feasible is refitting a Diesel 2.0L TDI with a petrol engine ? Important because diesels could be banned from town centres because of the Nox. I have read elsewhere that the easiest conversion is with a 2.0 TSI engine.

It's really quite easy. New engine, maybe gearbox, (different ratios), ECY, wiring to dah, wiring to fuses, wiring to safety systems. Then an inspector's report so you can be insured. If you are an electronic genius - easy..

If you cannot afford the elctronic skills of an expert- more than the value of thecar, it makes no sense.

If you have to ask the question, you have zero hope of achieving it in under two years.
