your probably thkning stolen, but it is honestly not! and I need help!!!

Purchased a car that needed Taxing and fixing about 2 weeks ago, paid 200 to have it fixed, insured it. Now Iv come to tax it and have mislaid or lost the logbook and MOT that came with the car.

Previous owner is not helping, i believe the car to be declared off the road (sorn?)

Im desperately trying to get the car taxed as I need to use it and also register it in my name, i need a logbook and or mot to tax it I beileve. I tried contacting VOSA and DVLA about getting a reprint on the MOT but they want th logbook reference number which i dont have? im stumped! The windscreen has a small crack in which means if i send it though another MOT it will fail quite expensively so Im pretty stumped!
