Not an easy job and expensive if you have to pay for it. The clearances are adjusted by shims which means removing the camshaft and having the necessary shims available which are not marked so have to be selected by measurement.

If it starts OK then the compression is good so I wouldn't worry about it, these engines can go on for two or three hundred hundred thousand miles without adjustment, only consider it if the compression is low.
