FIAT Punto - fan control working only fastest speed - Karoli

Hi!

I'm Karoli from Hungary. My problem is the fan for air conditioning system not working on the first 3 speed. Only on the fastest (loudest, noisiest) mode. I found a circuit diagram, and there's a O030 part, which is controlling the speed of the fan. This must be the wrong part. But how can I change it? How can I disassemble it? Please help!
