Renault Kangoo 51 - Kangoo 51 driver side brake sticking - Sam12345

Hi

I have a kangoo 51 and after a short drive my brakes seem to stick. The brake peddle only requires a touch to slow the van and both brakes over heat.

I have replaced the pads (which were shot but worse on drivers side) and now my passenger side seems ok but my drivers side still overheats and the same problem has continued. I admit that the van is easier to drive as it doesn't seem to be held back so much but still I only need to touch the brakes for them to stop my van.

I am sure my braking in uneven and harder on my drivers side.

Any help for easy fix?

Thanks

If teyve been overheating that much you may of boiled the fluid causing expansion and worse problems with sticking / less pedal travel. Only real solution would be remove calipers, clean and thouroughly free off, new pads, check discs for warping and a good pressure bleed through with new fluid. Also is it a dci? Check the vac pump and servo for good vaccuum.
