ive been having trouble with my power steering. took it to a dignostics guy but he didnt fix it. problem dissapeared and now power steering is fine. just to let you know so that you dont rush into buying power steering columns. hope it stays sorted, its maybe just a lose wire or somthing.

it also says in the handbook that the power steering light can come on due to external cuircumstances.
