Hello all,

The clutch appears to work - i.e. not slipping. However it's lumpy when re-enaged making the car difficult to pull away & drive smoothly - and 1st/2nd are harder to get into than 3rd/4th.

I think its the original clutch and the car has done 77k miles.

Is this likely to be the clutch (i've had similar issues with a punto where the springs on the plate had collapsed) or an adjustment thing? I know these have a auto adjusting cable - can anything be/need to be done to that?

oh - does anybody know if these cars have dual mass flywheels (DMF's)?
