A guy did something similar in Durham City a few years ago with a Ferrari.
He used an estate agent and both car and house appeared on the particulars.

Nothing new in this, it happens somewhere every time there's a house price dive - yes, folks, it has happened before! Taking into account the plummeting price of both the house and the car it will make about tuppence hapenny-worth of difference to the final deal - if they get one.
They'd do better trying to offload their French property - but that seems a bit unlikely as well.
