HJ's road test has arrived! - tyro
Turns out that Friday 13th was a pretty good day, after all. HJ's long awaited (at least if you are a Berlingo enthusiast) road test of the new Berlingo has arrived.

In fact, this event is soooooooo important, that I thought it was worth starting a new thread, rather than posting yet another post on mlj's thread.

I was somewhat surprised at the comment "So instead of being quite good for a van, it actually is car-like to drive with a fine blend of ride and handling that belie its utilitarian looks."

Personally, I thought that the old Berlingo was pretty car-like to drive with a fine blend of ride and handling.

I'd be very interested in a test which actually drove and compared the old and new Berlingos back to back.

What do other Berlingoistas think?

(by the way, I notice that both the new Berlingo and the 2002 facelift are both the Berlingo II. There is clearly a need to arrive at agreement about numbering.
