Refrigerated air system was first fitted in a Packard
Electric windows in a Daimler
Power steering was investigated by F W Davis when he worked for the Pierce Arrow Car Co; he left and formed his own company to continue development and it was commercially available by 1951.
Early central lock was a pneumatic cystem fitted to some Mercs but I cannot say if it was the first system.

Mercedes-Benz offered the first production diesel car in 1936.
Either Rolls-Royce or De Dion made the first V8 car engine, around 1904 - the R-R one was for their 'Legalimit' car, the only R-R model of which no examples survive.
