Can anyone tell me what type of fluid I use to top op the power steering in a 1997 Rover 416 ( rover engine)

Automatic transmission fluid,Dexron II D spec (Duckhams unimatic) or any fluid to PSF-V spec
Bought mine from Rovers some time ago, but thats the spec given in Haynes for it.
