Golf mk2 - dollygolfmids
in the mornings when its cold a few degrees above zero and if its been standing for more than about 6 hours, it misfires on start up for a minute or so. during the this misfire, blackish smoke (then followed by white) comes from the exhuast. the smell of petrol is obvious even with a stuffed up nose! i am 90% sure its choking its self 2 the point where it cant fire(thus causing the miss).

the engine is a 1600 with a pierberg overcomplicated 2E2 carb.

i no these r pink fluffy dice, but does anyone know anything about my problem?.. as soon as the car warms up after a minute or so, it fires on 4 cylinders as normal
