Major jam this AM, M5 shut just north of J23 by a bus fire. Bearing in mind it's saturday, for most holiday makers the day of returning from sunny( not this week ) Cornwall, why did it take the authority over 2 hours to get just 1 lane reopened. I came off @ Taunton J25 and the road was shut south as far as i could see.
