'Normal' RAC membership costs

'Normal' RAC membership costs - Teapot42
Can anyone advise what the normal cost is for the basic RAC package? Their website says £39 (£34 online) but my mother is paying nearly £60. They say the price on the website is a promotional offer for new members and existing members will pay slightly more than this but over £20 more?

We have a suspicion they have are still charging for joint membership - they claim not to be but this seems more expensive than a single membership should cost.
