I need to send a letter to VW in UK. Anyone know the Customer Services Department address. A failure of the Turbo inlet duct on my 2 yr old Passat TDI PD caused quite a problem for me. Thanks, Redser

Good luck - they were about as much use as the proverbial chocolate fireguard with my recent problem - more of which later on the discussion board.
Bear in mind your rights under the sale of goods act - they are very strong.

But it's very useful for getting a working knowledge of the various legal issues involved and your rights under them.
The "Notes for Traders" is the best all-in-one read. Remember it's the retailer you have the Contract with - not Volkswagen itself - I'd save yourself some time and go straight to/for them.
